Spending time in nature to lower hepB viral load


Just sharing this, not so sure if research has done on forest bathing and hepb viral loads.
It is scientifically proven that spending time in nature helps boost the immune system, fight stress and burnout, reset the mind, so I was wondering if it can help lower the viral load. My last viral load was high not so sure if this is because I spent less time in nature, before that I used to go to the park more often for a walk or jogging

I’m not aware of any evidence that this would reduce viral loads, but definitely a good idea to maintain some connection to nature for the stress relieving and happiness benefits.
