I’ve been on couple of months now(viread). is normal to have right side back pain and dark urine. My last labs presumed normal function and I do have f2-f3 before starting treatment I do notice a lot of lower right abdominal tenderness alone with the back pain as well.

The term “dark” urine is pretty general. It can be from dehydration or from blood in the urine. Have you had a recent urinalysis?
Dark urine is not normally associated with moderate fibrosis.

I have time when it’s normal colored and times when it’s dark like tea. When it comes the fibrosis is it reversible? Is my condition getting worst? Is the TDF starting to affect my kidney? The pain really wasn’t notice until I started treatment it’s like the dull back pain never goes away

You should discuss your symptoms with your doctor as as soon as possible.
Your doctor should order blood tests to assess kidney and liver function. Urobilogen < 1 mg/dL is normal in urine. Your urinalysis is normal.
Fibrosis is reversible but slowly. If your antiviral therapy is working well this could be happening.
It is difficult to know what is causing these symptoms without more information.
