Regarding g145r hepatitis B Transmission

Hello All,

I have couple of queries on G145R mutant of Hepatitis B.

Regarding acute Hep B arising out of G145R mutant, does it also follow normal outcome of chronic Hep B in only 10% cases. It is being mentioned as immune and vaccine escape mutant, hence asking.

Vaccine protection is not optimal but does it provide no protection or protect against minor events?

Any experience or literature related to it will be good.
