What should I do if I forget to drink TDF 5 hours after the initial routine time?

TDF has a long half life about 17 hr . If you forget to take a pill less than 18 hours after your usual time, take it as soon as possible and take your next pill at the usual time in the next day. If it is more than 18 hours after your usual time, take your next pill as usual without taking the missed pill which will be double dose. Strictly adherence and make a time schedule on calendar regularly to avoid potential resistance of virus and keep it completely suppressed.Hope this may help you.
