I’m also having same symptoms and have been to my specialist,and carry out series of test,but Test are normal,no medicine prescribe.but pain still there

I went to the gym. I guess it as a result of the stress.

I would suggest if it doesn’t go away, go back to doctors.
Maybe you have strained muscles.
