Need advice about my current lab test

What do my lab results mean?

15.06.2026 My hbv dna load was 5000iu, hbeag negative, fibroscan 5.4kpa with 284cap, usg fatty liver grade2 with other normal findings, alt 95 ast 63 rest was normal

10.07.2026 alt 45, ast 32, rest are normal

10.08.2026 alt 114, ast 53 rest findings are normal, feeling mild itching (no alcohol,no fatty food, no painkiller or any medicine,no herbal, dailly walking 5-6km,normal exercise)

Why alt raises? What should i do? My doc was told to wait n watch till december on first meeting 15.06.2026. need help and advise

It’s hard to say why your ALT went up. Sometimes this can happen intermittently if you’ve been ill recently, or in response to intense exercise from muscle breakdown. Generally, this wouldn’t happen from low intensity exercise like walking. It would be more of a factor if you did something that made you very sore the next day.

If none of these things apply to you, I’d encourage you to discuss starting treatment with your doctor at your next appointment
