My HBsAg quant test update

Here is my HBsAg quant test result so far.

HEP B SURFACE ANTIGEN QUANT 23.20 IU/mL on 07/02/2026

HEP B SURFACE ANTIGEN QUANT 86.10 IU/mL on 01/13/2026

I feel I can clear hep b myself and want to post my journey here. It dropped from 86.10 to 23.20 in half a year. Now I am taking Vemlidy. Here is the link of my introduction to this forum. INTRODUCTION THREAD: People affected by Hep B - #494 by Dan

Thank you @et5656. You could see I cleared it before but it came back because my anti-HBsAg never reaches the protective level.

Now I am retired and have time to introspect how to improve my immune system. I have taken Fish Oil and Ocuvite supplements more than ten years to prevent my macular degeneration. I can feel my vision stabilized and even improved a little bit. I can see nutrition does help in long run. To further my experiment, I switched to eating fish ( for Omega 3) and oyster ( for Zinc) a few months ago. I hope my new diet can improve my immune system.

@Dan congrats on your levels  and now your immunity’s role to do the rest of the job. This week I met a friend who cleared HBsAg since many years.
