I am currently in the process of convincing my school to change their policies to reflect the DOJ ruling in 2012. It’s been tough going, since the program director has not responded to emails or phone calls from the Hep B foundation. The DOJ has sent a email, deciding not to pursue the matter. I am getting very frustrated, as apparently, they were supposed to be the people to contact.
Has anybody successfully gotten their school to change their policies? How did you go about it, and how long did it take? Did you have to go through the state agency instead of the federal agency? Thank you for your input.
