I was recently contacted by someone from a market survey company called Green Minds. He is trying to conduct a survey about hepatitis B patients. So far, so good, but he requires all sorts of details, such as this:

You may provide any suitable proof, such as:

A redacted passport, birth certificate, or driving licence, where applicable

A screenshot or link to your LinkedIn or social-media profile where you have personally stated your country or place of birth

Another document or public profile that clearly confirms this information
Am I being overly suspicious or does this sound like some sort of scam? Has anyone else been contacted by this company?
