What are the common early skin conditions/symptoms people have experienced to be aware of?

This is true with more advanced liver disease (see here: Living with HBV and Dealing with “Itchy” Skin - Hepatitis B Foundation), but for most people with Hep B this does not manifest.

Hey, is it normal for nails to turn fully white with hepatitis B?

This is not a common outcome of Hep B, as far as I am aware. This may be due to another condition.

I had a condition diagnosed as folliculitis as that is how it presented. My specialist told me it was an affect manifested but my liver almost shutting down which caused many other issues as well.
He did also mention that Tenofovir could cause severe itching in some patients.
As for nails, I got on that quickly…didn’t really turn white but they dried and started to split…so I moisturize them once a week.
There were times I waited for the locusts to blacken the skies above me but thankfully that has not yet happened…lol
