I was part of the cohort that used vir3434 and interferon over a 12 month period. In terms of my experience I believe they took good care of me. They intervened when they considered it was necessary.
I don’t think it would be harmful to complete the treatment and including the post follow up period. If anything it may give the immune system time to recover. But it’s entirely your decision.
Its been over 12 months since I completed my last dose. I still feel the sensation around my liver. I recently did a blood test as I was curious about my hbsag level. Given that I acquired hbsab earlier this year. The physical symptoms and the blood test results may suggest the interferon continues to work. For me the results were surprising. To avoid hijacking you thread, I will post separately as I definitely need help from the experts.
