If you don’t have chronic HBV infection, this test result indicates you have been vaccinated and have developed protective immunity.
If you have chronic HBV infection, this test result most likely indicates that you have achieved HBsAg loss. If you are currently on antiviral therapy, this should be confirmed by a HBsAg test before stopping this therapy.
