Thanks @ThomasTu for tagging me to draw my attention to this. I’m sorry @Flo for all you have been through simply because you are a person living with hepatitis B. No one should be treated unfairly on account of their HepB status. I too have had my own share of experience. This happens everyday in Nigeria and unfortunately, there is no legislation to protect persons living with hepatitis B or C against this. And this is why with the support of the Hepatitis B Foundation (www.hepb.org), we are advocating to parliament for an amendment of the existing HIV/AIDS Anti-discrimination law to be expanded to include Viral hepatitis B/C. I live in Delta State and at least, we are making progress in this regard as a bill is already before the House of assembly for consideration.
