Hello everyone! I have a question and would appreciate your help. Can the Hepatitis B virus enter through my hands if I have desquamation from washing my hands too much, even though the skin is not bleeding, and I shake hands with an infected person whose hand is bleeding?

No, if the skin is not broken, you can’t get hepatitis B that way.

Hi @H_ng_Ph_m,

There is very negligible risk of transmission in this scenario. There needs to be some transfer of body fluids into the bloodstream of another person for transmission to occur.
