Yes I started taking Tenofovir and the fibro scan coming better. But these were done in different lab so could be different machines. Hope its due to medicine working

In general, machines used to conduct medical tests are calibrated to a common set of standards so that the values from different labs can be compared. That is not always true, particularly for highly complex machines, but it is usually true. Your values dropped by almost 40% over the course of the three fibroscan tests. Although the exact degree of decline is unlikely to be know for certain due to going to different facilities, it is unlikely that all of the decline is due to calibration/operator differences. Overall, I take this to be good news!
