General progression if Hep B

Hi all,

I learnt a lot about hep b progression from the posts and see a pattern where people start seeing fibrosis after 10+ years. I am 30 years old I was recently diagnosed with hbv PC/BCP mutant strain and was wondering what is the progression like? My viral load was 16100ui and alt and ast normal with Fibro Acti test indicating F0 - 0.12 score and no activity in necro inflammation
I havent started on antivirals still waiting on my doctor to be seen in February.
My question was can a fibrosis happen from F0 to say F2 in 2 months?

Hi @Ash_Malhotra,

Without significant inflammation, it is unlikely that such a jump in fibrosis score occurs so quickly.
