With partner’s antibody level 643 and my viral load level 10^9 (log9), some doctors saying no risk for planning pregnancy and 1 doctor said, let viral load become undetectable to be absolutely safe.

Hi all… Sharing here for anyone who is confused like I was before starting the antiviral tablets.
My Viral load has reduced from 956000000 to mere 37200 just in 6 months of taking TAF. Hoping it’ll turn negative in next 6 months.
I am continuing with workout 3 days a week. I take medicine just after breakfast. And if I workout after 30 mins, then i get a feeling that my medicine is getting digested. So both physically and mentally it is helping me.

Indeed, with an undetectable viral load and a vaccinated partner, the risk of transmission will be negligible.
