Is it possible that HBV was transmitted to me when taking off/putting on a condom (the condom was put on/off by a person whose HBV status I don’t know).
let me mention that at that moment I also had untreated chlamydia and candida on my penis and that the mucous membrane on my penis was inflamed, painful to the touch (probably I also had small microaccruals on the mucous membrane, although invisible to the eye)

First, see a venereologist and get rid of those infections—it’ll take a couple of weeks at most; the doctor will prescribe antibiotics based on your test results. The virus, however, is a different story. Good luck!
It is unlikely that putting on or taking off a condom is sufficient to transmit HBV, as there needs to be some transfer of fluids. If the other person did not have any open wounds, the chances are minimal.
