I am unsure about the visa restrictions in the UAE, it might be best to consult the government website for health criteria.

As far as I know, since I am from China, many students are sent back to China every year. Students will be asked to test for hepatitis B within one week of arriving in Malaysia, if positive. Will be forced to leave Malaysia. Therefore, people with hepatitis B virus should not go to Malaysia to study.
